What are the Steps to Painting UPVC Windows?
Before painting anything, we mask off the portions that will not be painted.
We recommend using a high strength adhesive film that is specifically intended for glass.
Chemicals are used to clean.
We clean the parts that will be painted chemically. The specialised chemicals remove all debris and deterioration from the UPVC window frames.
Framing.
Any bricks and other nearby materials are covered and protected from overspray of the paint.
Apply the grip coat last.
The crucial grip coat, which acts as an undercoat, is applied. It only needs to be applied thinly, but it is critical since the paint uses this to grip to. If not done properly, this can result in paint flaking off in the future.
Apply the top coat.
To achieve a flawless painted finish, the top coat will be expertly applied.
Our experienced UPVC window painters will ensure that the job is completed efficiently, minimising any potential inconvenience.
Our UPVC window painters stages are constantly followed and completed to our high standards. This ensures an excellent finish and eliminates the need to restore any painted parts that flake in the future.
This is reason you need to use experienced UPVC window painters. Inexperienced companies do not follow these rules and you can end up with paint flaking off your windows.
